This phone is the last remaining of a bank of 4 that was at this location. It does not have a cabinet but is built into a custom-made partition that is part of the building. Description

This phone is the last remaining of a bank of 4 that was at this location. It does not have a cabinet but is built into a custom-made partition that is part of the building. This is one of the few remaining examples of a payphone built into a post office, dating back to the days where both postal and telegraphic services were administered by a single government department, Postmaster-General (PMG).
