You don't need to know wiki markup to edit anything here. Every page has an Edit button at the top — click it and you'll get a Word-like editor (this is called the VisualEditor).
Quick start
- Make sure you're logged in (top-right corner). If you don't have an account yet, see Special:CreateAccount.
- Open any page and click Edit (the pencil icon on mobile).
- Type. Use the toolbar for headings, links, lists, bold, etc. — same shortcuts as Word:
Ctrl-Bfor bold,Ctrl-Ifor italic. - Click Save changes, write a brief edit summary so others know what you changed, and you're done.
Linking to other pages
Highlight some text and click the Link icon (orCtrl-K). Type the page name and pick from the suggestions. Linking to a page that doesn't exist yet is fine — the kink will be red, and clicking it will let you create that page.

If something looks broken
Click History on the page (top-right tab) to see every previous version. Each version has an undo link if you need to roll back.
Source editor

What gets reviewed
New users' first edits and uploads go to a moderation queue (Special:Moderation) for a quick check. Once you've made 10 good edits over 4 days, you're auto-confirmed and your changes go live immediately.
