== What makes a good photo ==

* Phone visible end-to-end with surroundings (helps people find it).
* Daylight if possible.
* Caption: which side of the street, when taken, anything notable (graffiti, repairs, a missing handset).
== What not to upload ==

* Photos with identifiable people unless you have permission.
* Photos you didn't take and don't have rights to (no random Google results).

First uploads from a new account go to [[Special:Moderation]] for a quick review. Once you're auto-confirmed (4 days + 10 edits) uploads publish immediately.
